Sunrise Chef: Chef Rufe, Northampton Community College
Chef Will Rufe, the Culinary Operations Chef at Northampton Community College, joined us this morning in the Sunrise kitchen.
He is cooking up some of the world’s best duck ahead of a supper club.
Chef Rufe cooked delicious dishes including Thai duck salad, scoring and searing duck breast, and black lentils with duck stock.
