Tastyduck gallops to Kentucky’s Taste of Derby
The Taste of Derby festival was on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 7 pm at the KFC Yum Center. Visitors were able to enjoy delicious duck cuisine direct from Jurgielewicz Farms in Pennsylvania.
Trained at the International Culinary Center in NYC and opened her new restaurant, Decca in 2012. Annie was a “Cheftestant” on Top Chef, Season 14. Annie served coffee-cured Jurgielewicz Duck Breasts with Rhubarb & Foie Gras.
Representing Holy Bull. Jeremy beat out 16 talented chefs to be named TOP CHEF in Season 13. Jeremy served Jurgielewicz Whole Duck with garbanzo and cracklin’ skin.
