PRO TIP: Most people will eat one or two of these during your event.
There are 12 handmade sausages per pack and they ship frozen. Don’t worry about leftovers. Keep the defrosted sausages in the fridge during the event, and whatever you don’t grill and serve can keep refrigerated for up to two weeks longer. If you need more time, they can be placed back into the freezer.

Jurgielewicz Peking Style Duck Sausage is handmade with Asian inspired spices and flavor. Smooth texture and succulent flavor. Delivered frozen. Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks or frozen for up to two years after arrival.
Ideal for charcuterie board or cheese platter. Serve with fresh figs, grapes or melon wedges. Perfect for Andouille gumbo, cassoulet or grilled with vegetables. Great accompaniment to an egg dish at breakfast.
