  1. Defrost: Refrigerate uncovered, breast side up, 24 hrs.
  2. Roast: Lightly salt skin. Roast 400°F 45-60 min. until golden and internal temperature reaches 190–200°F. Broil 3-5 min. for extra crispy skin.
  3. Serve: Rest 5-10 min. Carve and enjoy with Asian Pancakes, hoisin, cucumber & scallions.
