Roast Duck with Honey and Chinese 5 Spice

- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice Blend
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine honey, 5 spice blend, salt and paper in sauce pan. Heat over medium heat and blend thoroughly. Set aside. Place duck halves on sizzler or sheet tray skin side up. Place in preheated 375°F oven for 8 minutes. Brush skin side with honey mixture. Continue roasting skin side up for 6-8 minutes or until fat is rendered and skin is desired color and doneness.
