Duck Leg Confit
Our duck leg confit is slow-cooked using our pure rendered duck fat and a classic French recipe of garlic, shallots, salt, sugar and spices. Just heat and serve for a flavorful entree. Confit duck meat can also be used in succulent wraps, tacos, spring rolls or as a flavorful topping on a salad. Each leg weighs approximately 5.3oz. Delivered frozen.
